A Hands-On Approach To ASC Consulting Services

Located in Pennsylvania (PA), Broshar Consulting was founded in 2000 to provide expert consulting services such as feasibility analysis, regulatory guidance and ASC management expertise to help develop new ASCs and to optimize freestanding ASC operations, hospital ASC performance, and the application of ASC principles in the legal, business development and health care arenas.

  • Knowledge of and ability to integrate clinical, administrative, regulatory and financial issues
  • Pragmatic approach to program design and evaluation
  • Understanding of implications "beyond the numbers" of feasibility assessments, audits and reviews
  • Ability to scale projects for physician-owned and joint venture ASCs, community hospitals, university teaching institutions, financing entities and manufacturers
  • Aptitude to work collaboratively with other client advisors including lawyers, accountants, architects and equipment contractors
